Melissa Daniels Vocal Studio

Melissa Daniels received her Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance from West Chester University and is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing . She has trained extensively in aria and art song. She regularly performs with professional and regional theatre companies, as well as opera companies throughout the tri-state area. Performing leading roles in some of the most well known musicals has enabled her to lend herself to a variety of singing styles, and possess a deep understanding of the vocal technique required to obtain this flexibility to move so easily between genre. Melissa has been recognized and awarded for several of her performances by organizations that include the Perry Award Nominations and NJTL.

As an undergraduate, Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and spent several years teaching elementary, middle school, and high school chorus, music history, and classroom music. She spent seven years as the program director of vocal music at a well known local performing arts school, developing a serious and successful curriculum for students of all ages. Melissa has also vocal directed many children theatre productions and summer camps. She is a vocal specialist and the vocal director of the spring musical at Paul VI High School.  Melissa is currently in development for her most recent solo cabaret and recordings.
